feat: Timeline editor UI improvements
- Sequences start collapsed by default for better overview
- Move controls to header for vertical space savings
- Remove "Pixels per second" label (redundant with zoom %)
- Move properties panel to bottom left
- Update collapse arrows for vertical layout (▼/▲)
