Refactor: Move application entry points to src/app/
Moved main.cc, stub_main.cc, and test_demo.cc from src/ to src/app/ for better organization. Updated cmake/DemoExecutables.cmake paths. handoff(Claude): App files reorganized into src/app/ directory
