fix(tools): Correct include path in spectool.cc
Changed: #include "platform.h" → #include "platform/platform.h"
This aligns with the project's include path structure where platform
headers are under platform/ subdirectory.
Fixes compilation error:
fatal error: 'platform.h' file not found
All tools now build successfully (spectool, specview, specplay).
All 26 tests pass.
