Add --lr parameter to CNN v2 training pipeline
Support custom learning rate in train_cnn_v2_full.sh (default: 1e-3).
Usage: ./scripts/train_cnn_v2_full.sh --lr 1e-4
handoff(Claude): Added --lr flag to training wrapper script
