docs: streamline timeline editor documentation
Drastically reduce documentation verbosity while retaining essential info.
README.md (152→82 lines):
- Consolidated features into organized sections
- Single concise v2 format example
- Removed redundant explanations
- Quick start section upfront
ROADMAP.md (685→60 lines):
- Completed features: simple bullet list
- Future work: brief descriptions only
- Removed verbose implementation details
- Removed outdated sections
Net reduction: -851 lines (-90%)
