feat(build): Add configuration summary to CMake output
Prints all CMake options (ON/OFF) at the end of configuration for better
visibility and debugging.
Summary includes:
- All DEMO_* options (SIZE_OPT, STRIP_ALL, BUILD_TESTS, BUILD_TOOLS, etc.)
- Build type (Debug/Release)
- C++ compiler information
