fix: Reduce default audio volumes to prevent clipping
Reduced tracker pattern volumes:
- Kicks: 1.0 → 0.7
- Snares: 1.0/0.9 → 0.6
- Crash: 0.85 → 0.6
Multiple simultaneous voices were summing to excessive levels.
