Update workspace.cfg for new directory structure
Updated asset_dirs and shader_dirs to reflect reorganization:
- Removed legacy assets/ and ../common/ references
- Added new directories: music/, weights/, obj/
- Simplified shader_dirs to just shaders/
handoff(Claude): workspace.cfg files updated
