Remove 530 lines of redundant content, archive dated docs, compact CNN
training sections, fix inconsistencies (effect count, test status).
Improves maintainability and reduces context load for AI agents.

Renamed files and classes:
- cnn_effect.{h,cc} → cnn_v1_effect.{h,cc}
- CNNEffect → CNNv1Effect
- CNNEffectParams → CNNv1EffectParams
- CNNLayerParams → CNNv1LayerParams
- CNN_EFFECT.md → CNN_V1_EFFECT.md
Updated all references:
- C++ includes and class usage
- CMake source list
- Timeline (workspaces/main/timeline.seq)
- Test file (test_demo_effects.cc)
- Documentation (CLAUDE.md, PROJECT_CONTEXT.md, READMEs)
Tests: 34/34 passing (100%)

Fix EFFECT keyword format across all documentation and scripts - priority
modifier (+/=/–) is required but was missing from examples.
**Documentation fixes:**
- doc/HOWTO.md: Added missing + to EFFECT example
- doc/RECIPE.md: Added priority modifiers to examples
- tools/shadertoy/README.md: Fixed test path, clarified workflow
- tools/shadertoy/convert_shadertoy.py: Updated output instructions
**New automation guide:**
- doc/EFFECT_WORKFLOW.md: Complete step-by-step checklist for AI agents
- Exact file paths and line numbers
- Common issues and fixes
- Asset ID naming conventions
- CMakeLists.txt dual-section requirement
- Test list instructions (post_process_effects vs scene_effects)
**Integration:**
- CLAUDE.md: Added EFFECT_WORKFLOW.md to Tier 2 (always loaded)

**CMakeLists.txt:**

Two bugs causing black screen when CNN post-processing activated:
1. Framebuffer capture timing: Capture ran inside post-effect loop after
ping-pong swaps, causing layers 1+ to capture wrong buffer. Moved
capture before loop to copy framebuffer_a once before post-chain starts.
2. Missing uniforms update: CNNEffect never updated uniforms_ buffer,
leaving uniforms.resolution uninitialized (0,0). UV calculation
p.xy/uniforms.resolution produced NaN, causing all texture samples
to return black. Added uniforms update in update_bind_group().

- src/gpu/effect.cc: Capture before post-chain (lines 308-346)
- src/gpu/effects/cnn_effect.cc: Add uniforms update (lines 132-142)
- workspaces/main/shaders/cnn/cnn_layer.wgsl: Remove obsolete comment
- doc/CNN_DEBUG.md: Historical debugging doc
- CLAUDE.md: Reference CNN_DEBUG.md in historical section

Reduced context from 31.6k to ~10k tokens by preventing Tier 3 design docs
from being auto-loaded. Only Tier 1 (critical) and Tier 2 (technical ref)
files loaded by default. Load design docs on-demand with Read tool.

## File Moves (Root → doc/)
- Move COMPLETED.md (new), HANDOFF*.md, *_ANALYSIS.md, *_SUMMARY.md to doc/
- Keep only 5 essential files in root: CLAUDE.md, GEMINI.md, PROJECT_CONTEXT.md, TODO.md, README.md
- Result: Clean root directory with clear project essentials
## New Documentation
- doc/CONTEXT_MAINTENANCE.md: Comprehensive guide for keeping context clean
- 4-tier hierarchy (Critical/Technical/Design/Archive)
- Maintenance schedules (after milestones, monthly, on-demand)
- Size targets, red flags, workflows
- Monthly checklist template
- doc/COMPLETED.md: Historical archive of completed milestones
- Moved "Recently Completed" sections from TODO.md and PROJECT_CONTEXT.md
- Detailed completion history (February 4-7, 2026)
- Frees up ~200 lines from active context
## Agent Config Updates
- CLAUDE.md: Restructured with 4-tier hierarchy
- Tier 1: Critical (always loaded) - 3 files
- Tier 2: Technical (always loaded) - 3 files
- Tier 3: Design (on-demand) - 9 files
- Tier 4: Archive (rarely) - 10 files
- Clear usage instructions for on-demand loading

- Kept only active/next tasks
## Impact
- Context size: 70K → 29K tokens (58% reduction)
- Root directory: 15 → 5 files (67% cleaner)
- Tier 1-2 files: 7,329 words (well under 10K target)
- Documented maintenance process for sustainability
